Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower

This Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower is so good you may never want buffalo wings again (call me crazy but I am going there!)  They take about 5 minutes to prep and 15 - 20 to cook so they are super easy. This is a pretty standard recipe for making crispy baked veggies so you can always skip the buffalo sauce and add ranch, bbq whatever you like.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower washed and cut up into bit size pieces
  • 1 C water
  • 1 C Brown Rice flour
  •  Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1 tsp of Onion powder and Garlic powder (or more if desired) 
  • Parchment paper
  • Buffalo hot sauce (or ranch, bbq, any sauce of your choice)  

Instructions:

  • Set oven to 400 degrees 
  • In a mixing bowl, combine water, flour, garlic + onion powder (whisk with a fork to get all the chunks out) 
  • Dip cauliflower into mixture and coat evenly 
  • Place cauliflower on parchment paper (on a baking sheet) 
  • Bake for 15 min and flip over cook for another 5 minutes or until desired crunch and browning occurs
  • let them cool slightly and coat them with sauce... now enjoy the heck out of it ;)
