Easy Coconut Crusted Cashews

These little guys are great on salads, in snack mixes or just on their own straight to the mouth! They are incredibly easy to make and even more easy to over eat so make sure you portion them out and hide them from yourself!

Coconut crusted Cashews:

1/3 c of whole cashews 

1 tsp of local honey

3 tbs or shredded coconut

pinch of salt 

Mix ingredients in a bowl, lay coated cashews flat onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet bake at 300 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until they start to turn slightly brown. Sprinkle onto salads for a sweet crunch! Store in an airtight container.
